Registration Guide

Submitting your music to Bogart Radio does not register it with SAMRO or CAPASSO. These are separate organisations that administer different rights.

SAMRO — Performing Rights
SAMRO administers performing rights in musical works. Songwriters and composers can find membership and work-notification guidance on its official website. Visit SAMRO’s creator registration guidance.

CAPASSO — Mechanical Rights
CAPASSO administers mechanical rights in musical compositions. Composers, authors and publishers can check its membership and registration requirements. Visit CAPASSO for registration guidance.

Terms & Conditions

Music Submission and Rights Authorization Form

By completing and submitting this form, you (the “Submitter”) grant Bogart Radio (and its affiliated platforms, including the Bogart Radio app) the non-exclusive, perpetual right to stream, broadcast, distribute, and promote your submitted musical work. This includes airplay on Bogart Radio’s live broadcast, inclusion in the Bogart Radio app, and placement in the “Bogart Top 100” chart. Bogart Radio uses the submitted rights information to support music-usage reporting. Submitting this form does not register a work with a rights organisation or guarantee royalties.

2. Rights Grant & License:
By checking the acceptance box below, I, the Submitter, certify that I own or have secured all necessary rights to the submitted track. I grant Bogart Radio a non-exclusive, perpetual license to:
* Stream and broadcast the track on Bogart Radio’s live programming.
* Distribute the track via the Bogart Radio app, including featuring it in the “Bogart Top 100” chart.
* Collect and report play counts to SAMRO for royalty distribution.
3. Warranties and Representations:
I represent and warrant that the submitted track is wholly original, or that I have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions for its use. The track does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or any other third-party rights. The songwriter, composer, publisher and ISRC details supplied may be used for applicable music-usage reporting and rights administration.
4. Compensation & Chart Participation:
I acknowledge that my participation in the “Bogart Top 100” chart is purely based on the number of plays, both on the radio and in the app, and does not guarantee any monetary compensation from Bogart Radio. Royalty administration depends on the rights involved and the applicable licences and agreements. SAMRO administers performing rights in musical works; CAPASSO administers mechanical rights in musical compositions. This submission does not replace any required licences or determine royalty entitlement.
5. Duration of Use:
I understand and agree that this authorization is perpetual. Bogart Radio reserves the right to keep the track in rotation, archive it in the app, or remove it in the future at their discretion.
6. Acceptance of Terms:
I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above. I affirm that I have the full right and authority to grant these permissions.

DJ MIX Submissions

Submit your DJ mix for The Weekend Starter by completing the form below and sharing a permanent download link. ​

Before You Submit please ensure that:

  • ✔️ Your DJ mix is 60 minutes in length.
  • ✔️ Your mix begins with a short voice introduction (DJ tag) identifying yourself and the name of the mix over your intro.
  • ✔️ The audio is professionally recorded and of broadcast quality.
  • ✔️ Your download link is active and accessible.
  • ✔️ If using Google Drive, your sharing permissions are set to “Anyone with the link can view.”
  • ✔️ Your email address is accurate.
