Another Drama-Filled Season of Izingane zeS’thembu Returns to Mzansi Magic
Mzansi, it’s that time again! Izingane zeS’thembu is back for season 3 and the drama is on another level! The Mseleku siblings are in a full-on battle for love, respect and independence. But with secrets spilling and hearts being crushed, how will they achieve the peace that they all wish for?
This season, the Mseleku siblings are giving us a deeper look into what it’s really like growing up in a household ‘yesithembu’. The kids are all grown up now and stepping into full adulthood, building stronger connections but facing even tougher challenges along the way.
Mpumelelo, just like his father, is all in when it comes to ‘isithembu’ but it’s not as smooth as he hoped. He’s stuck between two women—Tirelo and a new love who’s ready to dive into the Mseleku world. Will he manage to pay ‘ilobolo’ like he plans or is he about to crash and burn?
Sne is done with feeling like an outsider. She is ready to claim her space as “umafungwase,” in the family and she’s not backing down for anyone!
On the flip side, Mpilo is fed up with staying in the background. She’s had enough of the surname drama and is stepping up to resolve her dilemma. When her own secrets hit the surface, is it game over?
Lwandle does not want to play the support role anymore and he is ready to step into the spotlight and show the family who he really is. Will they let him go or is loyalty to the Mseleku name going to keep him chained?
Abongwe can’t take the tension anymore. She’s stepping up to bring peace to this broken bond and plans an ‘intervention’ to end the fighting. But is that enough or is the Mseleku fire too wild to put out?
Tirelo, Mpumelelo’s girlfriend and baby mama has been holding it down, but the pressure is getting too much. With Mpumelelo juggling two relationships, her patience is wearing thin. Can she stand up for herself or is she ready to walk away?
Izingane zeS’thembu is back with a bang and you can catch all the drama from Sunday, 25 May at 19:00 on Mzansi Magic (DStv Channel 161).
