best junior baker. In the first heat, four contestants follow a tricky recipe for biscotti and lemonade.
Then they’re challenged to create show-stopping racing-themed cakes, before judges Mary Berry
and James Martin pick one to go through to the semi-final. Later, with a place in the semi-finals at
stake, the bakers are tested on their know-how in the Technical Challenge, where they will try to
master Mary Berry's recipe for marble cake. They must then make a splash in the Showstopper
Challenges as they rustle up and present a selection of impressive under-the-sea themed biscuits.

what may await them if they don't tackle their own challenges. At the end of each week,
participants are weighed together on a giant scale to see if their hard work in trying to lose weight –
and the shocking things they have seen – has paid off.
Big Adventures: Into South America with Nick Knowles

Broadcaster Nick Knowles heads off on another exciting adventure, with this one taking him from
the mighty Andes all the way to Argentina. Nick begins his journey by clinging to a rock in the
Andes mountains – where he gets the chance to meet indigenous people, penguins, and
inspirational cyclist Dimitri Poffe.
The second part of Nick's exhilarating South American adventure is set in the beautiful Chilean
Lake District. Chile is a land of volcanoes and, in the shadow of the mighty Mount Osorno, Nick
takes to the icy blue waters to try out the relatively new sport of hydrospeeding, essentially
bodyboarding on a fast-flowing river.
Finally, Nick reaches Argentina, the land of gauchos, Evita, passion and surprisingly, Welsh
people. Nick first attempts to master Argentina's most beloved sport, polo. Here the highly skilled
horseback game is not just the preserve of royalty but is also the obsession of the entire nation. It's
a white-knuckle ride, but Nick gives it his best shot.
Ben Fogle: Return to the Wild Season 4

set up homes in some of Earth's most remote locations. In the wilds of Queensland, he revisits the

They found solace in the wilds of Ireland, but three years later, they are still weighing up options.

and the Amazon's answer to the Caribbean. His first challenge is to climb 180 feet up to the top of
a canopy via a terrifying route consisting of tightropes and rope ladders.
At the top, he finds that the view is exhilarating and gives an indication of the incredible scale and
richness of this diverse ecosystem. Robson also explores the stunningly beautiful Anavilhanas
Archipelago in his canoe. An intricate pattern of tiny islands and lagoons, it's a truly magical place
teeming with fish and bird life.
