Cape Town Serves Up Big Personalities and Bold Dishes in the tenth episode of Come Dine With Me SA on BBC Lifestyle.
This week, Come Dine With Me South Africa heads to the Mother City — and let’s just say, the kitchen wasn’t the only thing heating up.

Leading the culinary chaos is none other than the undisputed Queen of Constantia, Camilla McDowell of Real Housewives of Cape Town fame. She claims to be the real queen of the kitchen too — and plans to prove it with a bold Beef Wellington she swears outshines Gordon Ramsay’s. Bold claim. Beefier consequences. Dessert? A divine Meringue.
Also in the mix is tech entrepreneur Damian, who’s bringing the spice with a rich Oxtail cooked in wine, and a Pistachio Knafeh Sponge Cake served with an Affogato to seal the deal. He’s got gadgets, good vibes, and a wine-soaked oxtail. What could possibly go wrong?
Then there’s Michaela — artist, host, and self-proclaimed “chicken whisperer” (we wish we were joking). She’s keeping things rustic and real with a hearty Chicken Stew she hopes will cluck its way to the R10,000 prize. Can poultry win you glory? We’re about to find out.
Last but not least, Amanda — a 5-star executive assistant and quality manager with a competitive streak sharper than her carving knife. She’s plating up a Lemon Tart with Limoncello Spritz.
With big personalities and bold flavours, Episode 10 promises all the drama, laughs, and dinner table antics we’ve come to expect — and secretly live for. Will it be kitchen kudos or culinary carnage? Tune in to find out.
